About the event

Join us on May 27th at 5 p.m. for an evening of creating and cocktails. Aaron Holtzer of "Holtz Custom Wood and Metal" and Aaron Mauck of "SPRUNG Construction" will lead a demonstration in building your very own garnish box that you can fill with herbs you'll need for all of your summer cocktails. The ticket includes materials to build the box, a bottled cocktail and snacks (the Dabbler ticket). If you're already a hobby wood worker and have the materials needed feel free to simply purchase the bottled cocktails and snacks (the Crafter ticket) and follow along with us!

Materials needed if purchasing "The Crafter" ticket:

  • Wood pieces: 
  • 2x  6 1/4" x 3 1/2" with 45˚ mitered ends
  • 2x  10 1/4" x 3 1/2" with 45˚ mitered ends
  • All parts should have a 1/4" wide x 3/8" deep dado 1/4" up from bottom edge.
  • Acrylic:
  • 1x  5 1/4" x 9 1/4" x .220 (other plastic or non-absorbent material will work)
  • Wood glue 
  • Packing tape
  • Sheet of 150 grit sand paper
  • 1x  2lb aluminum loaf pan
  • *All of these materials will be provided at pickup if you purchase "The Dabbler" ticket
