Job Summary: We are looking for individuals who are energetic, self-motivated and driven, and most importantly love the world of hospitality.  Our ideal candidate will possess the ability to craft menu and classic cocktails in a fast-paced environment, while providing guests with a top-notch Room for Milly experience. The Bartender position will report to the Bar Lead.

 

Duties & Responsibilities: 

 

  • Adhere to company standards for serving alcoholic beverages with class

  • Mix, garnish and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company specifications for guest at the bar and dining room

  • Must be able to assist guest with menu choices and have great interpersonal skills 

  • Full understanding of proper steps of service required for all FOH positions

  • Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, preparing them efficiently, and building a rapport with clientele

  • Handle card and cash transactions, ensuring that all funds in the cash drawer are accounted for by the end of the shift

  • Have full knowledge of classic and new classic cocktail recipes

  • Demonstrate genuine hospitality and deliver exceptional guest experience

  • Follow recipe and presentation guidelines 

  • Keep bar stocked and clean, while always providing friendly and attentive service

  • Ability to work positively in a fast-paced environment

  • Opening and closing duties to company standards

  • Ability to work effectively within a team 

  • All other duties assigned by company

 

 

Qualifications & Skills:

 

  • bartending: minimum 2 years (Preferred) 

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

  • Continuous use of hand and arms while standing for long periods of time

  • TIPS certified 

 

Compensation:

  • $12.85/hour plus tips
