our farm
​
Our urban farm is less than 4 miles away, and is a no till, fully organic garden, which grows fruit, berries, and herbs for our menu. The farm's produce is harvested and preserved to be used in cocktails during the warmer season. Our team takes produce to create shrubs, cordials, syrups, and infusions. We hope to add further infrastructure to the farm and behind the bar that will allow us to use produce from the farm year-round. Watch for our summer Garden to Glass cocktail program in 2026.

Monthly Passport Cocktail​

Every month we will feature the drink from our passport program. Stop in once a month for a rotating internationally inspired cocktail for a good cause. A dollar from every drink ordered will be donated to the Immigrant Freedom Fund, an organization in Aurora that posts bail for folks detained in GEO detention center.

Mainspring, our parent company's, equity data is a compilation of who we are, what we provide, and gives us insight on what we want to achieve. This report includes all staff at Mainspring.
