Hunter will be guiding you through a tasting of 6 unique sakes, with a wide variety of styles and (rice) polishing levels, increasing your confidence in understanding the differences. Among the sake breweries being highlighted are two female owned & operated breweries; good finds in a centuries old male dominated craft.
